Help us deliver precision parts on time, every time. As a CNC Cell Operator & Setup Specialist, you’ll keep multi-process equipment running smoothly while ensuring that every component meets exacting specifications.

• Translate blueprints and drawings into accurate setups and quality parts.
• Drive throughput by monitoring cycle times, quality metrics, and machine utilization.
• Prevent unplanned downtime through routine maintenance and quick troubleshooting.
• Partner with colleagues to align on daily goals, schedules, and priorities.
• Document production output and promptly flag any deviations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.

• Set up and operate CNC machinery to meet specification and timeline requirements.
• Continuously monitor machining processes and make data-driven adjustments.
• Perform basic repairs and coordinate with leadership on complex issues.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety practices and production standards.

• Experience in CNC operation or a closely related machining role.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming principles and controls.
• Ability to read prints, understand tolerances, and follow technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to problem-solving.
• Independent worker who thrives in a team environment.
• Availability for flexible scheduling and overtime.
