Business Operations Support

This position will be located in either St. Louis, MO or Kansas City, MO. The incumbent provides business operations support by analyzing performance indicators and trends, developing budget forecasts, improving workforce utilization, reducing costs, and coordinating nationwide system enhancements that strengthen customer access strategies and loan origination, servicing, and processing capabilities.
