Overview Job Opening: Executive Admin & Banking ( Bangkok, Thailand) We are looking for a professional and responsible Admin & Banking Executive for our Thailand operations. The candidate should have good communication skills in English and basic knowledge of company documentation, banking coordination, and accounts handling. Job Responsibilities Handle daily administrative and office coordination activities Coordinate with banks for payments, transfers, and other banking-related documentation and coordination activities. Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment-related documents Maintain company records, contracts, and official documentation properly Support accounting and finance-related day-to-day activities Maintain Excel reports, records, and filing systems Drafting emails and communication in English Assist management in operational and administrative work Required Skills Must have Good English speaking and written communication skills Knowledge of company documentation and office administration Basic understanding of banking procedures and accounts Ability to prepare invoices independently Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualification & Experience Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in administration, banking coordination, or accounts support preferred Experience in handling international or export-related documentation will be an added advantage Location Bangkok, Thailand Salary Negotiable and based on experience & capability.
