Franchise Support Coordinator

Job Details: Job Location: JINYA FRANCHISE INC - Woodland Hills, CA, Salary Range: $75000.00 - $85000.00Salary/year, Senior Support Specialist We are looking for a Senior Support Specialist to play a key operational role in supporting our franchise system. This position blends franchise support with hands-on logistics, inventory, menu management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both hands-on operational work and computer-based tasks. Core Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Lead franchise support through onboarding and ongoing operational inquiries. Manage inventory and invoicing for smallwares and related materials. Oversee packaging and shipping operations, including preparing items for shipment and tracking. Conduct financial reconciliation tied to shipped goods and inventory. Coordinate menu updates including: Proofing menu content for accuracy and error prevention. Alerting and aligning internal cross-functional teams around deadlines and impacts. Support documentation and process changes to improve the franchise experience. Act as escalation point for complex issues requiring senior operational judgment. Preferred Qualifications Fluent in English, Japanese a plus Proficient in Excel. Ability to lift and handle items up to 50 pounds regularly as part of packaging and logistics tasks. Strong attention to detail with experience in logistics, inventory, or operations support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
