Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:45 PM - 07:15 AM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: RN Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Every other weekend requirement - Availability for any holiday that falls on regularly scheduled shift Description: The RN will provide care on the cardiovascular unit. The position requires a commitment to patient safety and quality care. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, and implementing patient interventions. Collaboration with healthcare team members is essential for optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care are necessary. The RN will be expected to manage and support patients during medical and surgical procedures. Must be flexible to take on varying patient loads and respond to emergencies as needed. Experience in a medical/surgical setting is preferred.
