Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families spanning all agesfrom pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Effectively manage chronic illnesses, preventive care, acute medical conditions, and mental health issues with a patient-centered philosophy.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and curate individualized treatment regimens.
• Work alongside care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and other healthcare experts to provide rounded, cohesive care.

• Employ electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure precise and current patient data management.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Graduation from an approved Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine is required.
• Must hold or be eligible for an active Colorado medical license.
