Work Environment\nThe position is offered in a telehealth setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through secure digital platforms. Our operations are grounded in flexibility and responsiveness to client needs, with a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, though some scheduling adaptations may be needed to accommodate varying patient demands. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans using solution-focused and evidence-based methodologies. \n
- Utilize therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a range of mental health concerns. \n
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines. \n
- Collaboratively engage with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to discuss and optimize treatment strategies. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and quality care improvement. \n
- Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to empower them on their healing journeys. \n
- Stay informed on current research and emerging trends in the mental health landscape to further enhance therapeutic offerings. \n
Our clientele consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds seeking support for various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. You will work closely with clients to foster a safe therapeutic alliance, helping them navigate their emotions and behaviors in a supportive environment. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, collaborate with colleagues, and engage in community outreach initiatives. \n
- Demonstrable proficiency in applying solution-based psychotherapy techniques that meet the unique needs of each client. \n
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to inform treatment decisions and engage in reflective practice. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, actively contributing to a culture that embraces diversity and supports professional growth. \n
While a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is recommended, preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees and at least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience in telehealth service delivery and familiarity with electronic health record systems are also advantageous.
