Machine Operator / Material Handler

Emerald, a growing steel processor in Madison Heights, is hiring full-timeMachine Operators / Material Handlers. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Overhead crane, forklift, furnace, or draw block experience is a plus
• Ability to follow quality and safety standards in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong attendance record
• Willingness to work any shift
• Must be able to pass drug screen
• Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment to support material handling and production
• Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals safely and efficiently
