Assembler 1st Shift

Assembler Position in Freeport, Illinois

Our customer in Freeport, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting assemblers to work full-time on 1st shift. As an assembler, you will be responsible for kit assembly, part inspection, and quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Perform kit assembly.
• Check parts for visual defects.
• Check part diameter using air gages.
• Count parts accurately.
• Perform sorting or other tasks related to containment of defective parts.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the shift.

Assembler Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read instructions and keep accurate records.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Pay for Assembler:

$19/hour.
