We're a five-location dental group in Western New York. Across our offices in Clarence, North Buffalo, Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Williamsville, we're hiring registered hygienists who want the kind of role you only get when an owner-operator is paying attention.

Hygiene appointments structured to let you do the work properly, not 30-minute factory cleanings.

Modern operatories with current technology: digital x-rays, intraoral cameras, the equipment you should have.

Schedule flexibility across five locations if you want it cross-train, cover a sister office, work close to home.

Real continuing education support, mentorship from long-tenured colleagues, and the kind of long-term career conversations an owner-operator multi-location group can have. Formal advancement tracks are something we're actively building.

What we need from you:

Active New York State Dental Hygiene license.

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Comfortable with digital workflows and electronic health records.

A clinician who actually likes the work periodontal care, patient education, the careful version of hygiene that most offices have stopped doing.

Compensation and benefits:

$35$40 per hour depending on experience, plus production-based bonus structure.
