Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Manager to supervise daily Front Desk operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support revenue growth. The role requires leadership of the Front Desk staff, coordination with the General Manager, and a proactive approach to guest issues and group bookings.
