Patient Care Coordinator for Optometry Office
Village Eye Care is dedicated to providing patients in Chicago with the finest optometry services, offering excellence and compassion from the moment each patient steps through the door. Our commitment to community, professionalism and personal service drives our core values.
We are seeking an energetic candidate capable of multi-tasking and providing excellent customer service to all of our patients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering the phones
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Locating and authorizing and verifying insurance benefits
- Maintain patient communications via phone, text, email, fax, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
