Help Desk Engineer (Annapolis Junction, MD) Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. Telework: None Qualifications Security+ Certification 10 years of experience as a System Administrator Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (5 additional years of experience as a System Administrator may be substituted for a degree) Responsibilities Handling both initial Help Desk inquiries (Tier 1) and escalated, complex problems (Tier 2). Configuring and managing both UNIX and Windows operating systems, and implementing enhancements to improve system reliability and performance. Required Experience Experience with AWS Intermediate Linux Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2022 Bash/other scripting Compensation & Benefits Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 annually Benefits: 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer‑paid healthcare for employees and dependents (day 1), 8% 401(k) employer match – immediate vesting.
