The Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of the dealership's sales operations and will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits The Sales Manager position at Briggs Automotive Group offers competitive compensation of $8000 to $20,000+ per month. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets and profitability goals set by upper management. Oversee and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction. Conduct sales meetings, review and analyze sales reports, and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and promote exceptional customer service. Oversee the financing and leasing process and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and competitors. Requirements 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Knowledge of auto financing and leasing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
