Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js . The ideal candidate will lead application design and development, provide technical guidance to the engineering team, and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js .
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance frontend and backend solutions.
- Design and develop REST APIs and microservices .
- Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor software engineers.
- Work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Improve application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, estimations, and architecture reviews.
- Support automated testing and CI/CD practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js .
- Strong experience with Node.js .
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript .
- Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state-management frameworks .
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design, and browser fundamentals .
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices .
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar .
- Knowledge of frontend and application performance optimization.
- Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar .
- Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices .
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.
