Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklift (depending on assignment).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and accurately.
- Move, stack, and organize pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipping.
- Receive and store incoming materials in designated locations.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues.
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned, including palletizing, shrink wrapping, labeling, and inventory counts.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of recent forklift operating experience.
- Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified if required).
- Experience with sit-down, stand-up, reach, or cherry picker forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Steel-toe shoes required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
