Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification (or eligibility) in Michigan
• Master’s or specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience working within K-12 schools is a plus
• Strong understanding of assessment tools and evaluation procedures
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational staff

Role Highlights and Responsibilities:

• Deliver both initial and re-evaluations for students at assigned sites—no strictly assigned caseloads
• Contribute to program reviews for specialized education categories and participate in threat assessment meetings
• Position 1: 0.4 FTE at an elementary school and 0.6 FTE at a high school
• Position 2: 0.5 FTE split between two elementary schools
• Foster positive relationships and promote a safe, supportive learning environment
• Provide consultative support and intervention recommendations to staff and families
