NurseCore New Grad Opportunity

NurseCore is looking for a couple of new grads to provide one-on-one, in-home care for patients with ongoing medical needs, including G-tube support. This is a hands-on role that requires focus, patience, and a willingness to learn. If you value meaningful patient relationships and want to build your clinical skills in home health, this is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience while making a difference in a patient's life!

Training, Pay, and Expectations:

• Open availability is required during your first 3-weeks of employment to complete all 80 hours of paid, hands-on training.
• Receive 80 hours of paid, hands-on training at $18/hour, including personalized, case-specific mentoring.
• Upon successful completion of training and independent case coverage, pay increases to $36/hour.
• Opportunity to earn $38/hour after 6-months, based on performance, reliability, and consistency.
• Minimum 6-month commitment to the case to provide consistent patient care and team stability.

What You'll Need:

• Active Nevada RN license.
• Current hands-on CPR certification.
• Negative TB test within the past year.
