General Manager

Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will create legendary experiences for guests, oversee restaurant management through performance, engagement, and training initiatives, manage and analyze Profit and Loss statements, and maintain community connection and fundraising activities.

Qualifications

You have 4-5 years of management experience and prior General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.

You possess a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations.

You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.

You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary

Salary: $63,200 - $94,800 per year. The salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location.
