Location: Bradenton, FL

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Pay: Weekly Pay | Competitive Compensation Based on Experience ($25-$32/hr)

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist who enjoys working with tight tolerances and high-precision parts? We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Setup Operator to join our growing manufacturing team in Bradenton, Florida . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, quality-focused machine shop producing critical components for the aerospace industry.

Our team specializes in precision machining, prototype development, and short-to-medium production runs, utilizing advanced machining technology and an ISO-driven quality environment.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and adjust machine offsets.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot machining issues.
• Complete production documentation and inspection records.
• Maintain a safe and efficient work area.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished parts.

• Experience setting up and operating CNC is required.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and machining practices.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and maintain quality standards.

• CNC programming experience is not required .
• CAD/CAM experience is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
