• Schedule: Part Time: Monday - Friday 20-30 hours a week/Flexible Schedule
• Start: August 24, 2026 - January 31, 2027
• Children: 2 children ages 18 months and 4 years
• Salary: $25-$35/hour depending on experience
• We are a fun, professional family trading Minnesota snow for Florida sunshine for six months while we sell our MN home! Were setting up base camp in beautiful Lakewood Ranch, and we need an experienced, proactive Career Nanny/Household Manager to help keep our ship sailing smoothly while we navigate this exciting transition.
• What a Typical Day Looks Like:
  • Mindful Mentorship (Montessori Style): Youll lead the charge on a planned, age-appropriate daily curriculum. We love the Montessori approachfostering independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning.
  • Household Harmony: When the kids are napping or learning, youll help keep the chaos at bay. This includes organizing play spaces, light tidying, and keeping the daily rhythm on track.
  • Wholesome Culinary Creation: We love fueling our bodies with real food! Youll be in charge of meal-prepping and cooking healthy, whole-food dishes and snacks for the kids (bonus points if you love baking healthy treats!).
  • Routine & Boundaries: Keeping a predictable schedule makes our toddlers thrive. Youll maintain their daily routines and confidently set healthy, loving boundaries.

You wont be expected to manage the dogwe keep Raleigh and the kids separated unless actively supervised. You just need to be dog-friendly and comfortable following our safety protocols!
