Your Role as a Per Diem PTA

As a PTA with TRU Healthcare, you'll provide hands-on care that helps patients regain confidence, mobility, and independence—all in the comfort of their own homes.

• Provide skilled physical therapy services under the direction of a supervising Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the supervising PT and care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safe mobility, fall prevention, and appropriate use of assistive devices.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes.

What You'll Bring

• Current, valid  Minnesota PTA license .
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Previous home health and/or outpatient experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the  Twin Cities Metro area .
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between patient visits.  Mileage reimbursement provided.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
• A genuine desire to help patients live more independently.

Compensation & Flexibility

$60 for every completed patient visit.

This is a  per-diem, per-visit position , giving you the flexibility to take on visits that fit your schedule without committing to a traditional full-time caseload.
