WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a Manager, Communications - Incubator - Global who will lead strategic communications, public relations, earned media, and influencer initiatives supporting DECIEM’s portfolio of incubator brands (LOoPHA & Skin Chemistry). This role will be responsible for translating brand and business priorities into compelling narratives that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy across global markets. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with a deep understanding of the evolving communications landscape, established media and influencer relationships, and experience managing agency partnerships to deliver impactful PR programs. This person will serve as a strategic communications partner, leading day-to-day execution across earned media, influencer strategy, media relations, and reputation-building initiatives to elevate the visibility and growth of our incubator brands globally. This is a hybrid role, based three days on-site in our Soho, New York office. PAY RANGE The anticipated base salary for this position is $92,000 to $105,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Develop and execute integrated global communications and PR strategies that build brand awareness, strengthen reputation, and support business objectives for DECIEM’s incubator portfolio Lead earned media initiatives including media outreach, pitching, press releases, product launches, media briefings, storytelling campaigns, and thought leadership opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, creators, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure meaningful media coverage and brand visibility Serve as the day-to-day communications lead and strategic partner for external PR agencies, consultants, and vendors, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables Manage influencer engagement strategies, including creator identification, relationship management, influencer seeding, campaign execution, and performance tracking to drive awareness and consumer consideration Oversee affiliate and creator commerce initiatives, including platforms such as ShopMy, from campaign setup and budget management through performance reporting and optimization Identify proactive opportunities to generate buzz and position incubator brands as industry leaders through cultural moments, trends, partnerships, and media opportunities Develop compelling communications materials including key messages, press releases, media kits, executive talking points, briefing documents, and brand narratives Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, Digital, Social, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communication touchpoints Monitor communications performance, media coverage, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to provide insights and recommendations that enhance brand visibility and impact SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE 5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, earned media, or integrated communications, with experience working within an agency environment, in-house brand team, or a combination of both Proven success developing and executing strategic PR programs, securing earned media coverage, and building brand narratives that drive measurable awareness and engagement Established relationships across media, editorial, influencer, and creator networks, with the ability to leverage existing connections while proactively building new relationships across global markets Experience managing external PR agencies, influencer partners, and cross-functional stakeholders, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer industries, with exceptional storytelling, writing, communication, and strategic thinking skills
