As a Strategy And Planning Specialist within PNC's Retail- Strategy and Planning organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA. We are seeking a versatile and strategic professional with an executive mindset to drive profitability and deliver impactful results. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, technological understanding, and leadership skills to own projects end-to-end and foster innovation. This role requires 2+ years of relevant required experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the CEO of your projects, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
• Brainstorm and crowdsource opportunities to improve PNC's operational efficiency.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and operational metrics using tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, and Python to size and prioritize opportunities.
• Understand and optimize technology and business processes, synthesizing details into actionable strategies.
• Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
• Drive execution of opportunities to delivery performing any task needed to get the job done.
• Grow and expand professional networks through collaboration and thought leadership throughout all of retail and across all the shared service organizations.
