Join us at Andersen, and together, lets write the story of your success!/ph3The Role/h3pManagers in our Private Client Services (PCS) practice oversee multiple engagement teams for a wide range of sophisticated clients, which may include some of the Wealthiest Families in the US, Family Offices, Owner Operated Business Entities, Alternative Investment Fund Principals, Trusts and Estates./ppManagers can expect to:/pulliMaintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, remain current on legislative changes, and lead change effectively;/liliConduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns including federal and state filings;/liliDraft technical tax memoranda;/liliAssist with tax audits and notices, including preparation of responses for IDR requests;/liliManage resources and coordinate for scheduling needs. Strong ownership and commitment in our people and clients;/liliSupervise, train, mentor, and evaluate Intern, Associate and Senior Associates; and/liliEngage in business development activities (i.e. prepare proposals, present in webinars, collaborate with other service lines to present a comprehensive tax strategy to prospective and current clients. etc.)/li/ulh3The Requirements/h3ulli4+ years relevant work experience in an accounting firm, with at least 3 years of Private Client experience;/liliBachelors and/or advanced degree; Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree (Preferred);/liliAdvanced credential allowing for IRS client representation (i.e. CPA or JD);/liliStrong organizational and leadership skills to enhance project management and client service;/liliSelf-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; and/liliProficient use of tax software and relevant technology./li/ulpstrongCompensation and Benefits/strong/ppOur firm offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being, growth, and long-term success of our people. We are committed to recognizing individual contributions and providing resources that enable our employees to thrive both personally and professionally./ppSalary Range: For individuals hired to work in San Diego, CA, the expected base salary range for this role is $132,000-190,100. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, experience, and skill set./ppBenefits: Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage. Employees may enroll in the firms 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer 200 hours of paid time off annually, along with twelve paid holidays each calendar year.
