Job Details Job Location: Kentfield, CA 94904. Position Type: Part Time. Salary Range: $29.00 - $33.95 Hourly. Founded in 1954 as Center Medical Hospital, Kentfield Hospital is a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) serving patients across two locations in Marin County and San Francisco. The hospital has 60 beds and specializes in caring for individuals with critical or chronic complex medical conditions who require extended recovery periods. Services include cardiac care, neuro recovery, respiratory support, advanced wound care, and physical/occupational therapy. Each patient receives a personalized treatment plan designed to support their unique recovery journey. Kentfield Hospital holds The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Hospital Accreditation. Position Summary Performs duties under the direction of the Infection Preventionist to assist in coordinating an Employee Health Program for the hospital. The Employee Health Coordinator is responsible for reviewing, organizing, and maintaining accurate and confidential health records for all employees, including testing or evaluating employees in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities Assist in coordinating the Employee Health Program. Review, organize, and maintain accurate and confidential employee health records. Test or evaluate employees in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of health information. Work under the direction of the Infection Preventionist. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of Medical Assisting program. Proficiency in injection technique and skills. Verbal ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff. Medical Assisting Certification preferred. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. Compensation takes into account several factors including experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
