No automotive experience needed – we will fully train and develop the right candidate. Role Overview The A-Team is the voice of our company and is responsible for creating the first impression of our dealership. A-Teamer makes 200-250 outbound phone calls daily to prospective car buyers, setting appointments for our Solution Specialists. The role focuses on initiating the customer relationship and opening a dialogue, not closing sales. Responsibilities Make 200-250 outbound phone calls daily to prospective car buyers. Set appointments for Solution Specialists. Begin and nurture customer relationships with positive and ethical communication. Ask tough questions and address objections, turning a no into a yes. Meet and exceed productivity and performance goals. Qualifications Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or marketing. Confidence to speak to new people on the phone. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Self‑motivation and drive to achieve high daily call volume. Ability to use a computer comfortably. Career oriented with a stable work history.
