Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care in both inpatient rehab and acute care settings. The role includes delivering intensive therapy for patients recovering from strokes, orthopedic surgeries, and other conditions requiring rehabilitation. You will be integral in preparing patients for discharge, ensuring a smooth transition to home or the next level of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services, ensuring patients meet their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on care and rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in inpatient rehab and acute care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
