We are a locally owned and operated hospitality and entertainment company, proudly serving the Boise community since 1997. With three established venues—The Torch Lounge, The Torch 2, and Jim’s Alibi—we are dedicated to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for both our guests and employees. What You'll Be Doing

As a DJ at one of our venues, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for an incredible guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Curating and mixing music playlists that match the vibe of the venue and keep the energy high. - Reading the room to ensure the music resonates with the audience. - Operating and maintaining DJ equipment to deliver high-quality sound. - Collaborating with staff to coordinate music with events or performances. - Engaging with guests through music to create a fun and lively atmosphere.

Here’s what we’re looking for: - No prior experience required—just a love for music and a willingness to learn. - A good ear for music - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with both guests and team members. - Dependability and professionalism, with a commitment to creating a welcoming environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
