We are Medicare/Medicaid certified and accept all major insurances. Role Overview This is a field-based, relationship-driven role covering Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Essex Counties. As our first dedicated Business Development hire, you'll be the face of Kapra EMS in the facilities that matter most — turning the relationships you've already built into long‑term contracts. We operate on a top‑down growth strategy: land hospital systems first (highest volume), then nursing home and SNF contracts, which naturally absorb recurring dialysis and one‑off patient transport. Your job is to use your access to decision‑makers to make that happen. You’ll report directly to ownership — no layers, no bureaucracy, fast decisions. Key Responsibilities Leverage your existing network of hospital discharge teams, SNF administrators, case managers, and post‑acute operators to generate new transport contracts Conduct in‑person facility visits across Northern New Jersey — you’ll be out in the field, not behind a desk Build and manage a pipeline of high‑value facility accounts using our top‑down approach (hospital systems → SNF/nursing home contracts → recurring patient volume) Position Kapra as the trusted, reliable solution to facilities' transportation headaches Represent the Kapra brand with polish and professionalism in every clinical setting Work directly with ownership to shape our sales operations and growth strategy Required Qualifications An active, existing network of decision‑makers at hospitals, SNFs, assisted living, or dialysis centers in Northern NJ — this is the single most important requirement A proven track record of B2B outside sales in healthcare, OR a network strong enough to be leveraged immediately A polished, authoritative, and empathetic presence — you understand the pressure healthcare staff Preferred Qualifications Background as a Discharge Planner, SNF Admissions Director, Case Manager, EMS Liaison, Healthcare Account Manager, or Post‑Acute Operator Prior experience in home health, hospice, DME, care coordination, or facility‑serving vendors (a plus, not a requirement) Existing relationships within CareOne, Atlantic Health, Hackensack Meridian, or comparable networks Deep familiarity with the Northern NJ post‑acute care landscape Earn on everything you build and keep earning.
