Lead Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator

AgSwag creates premium custom apparel, engraved products, leather patch hats, promotional merchandise, and branded gear for customers across the agriculture industry. Every order leaving our shop represents our brand, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in making sure every shipment is accurate, organized, and delivered on time. Position Summary As the Lead Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator, you'll oversee every shipment that leaves AgSwag. You'll perform final quality inspections, package orders, coordinate shipping, track deliveries, manage freight shipments, and ensure customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From the moment a finished product reaches the shipping department until it's safely in the customer's hands, you'll be responsible for making sure every detail is handled with care. What You'll Do Perform final quality inspections before orders are packaged Verify products match customer orders and meet AgSwag quality standards Package products securely to prevent shipping damage Print shipping labels and packing slips Verify shipping addresses and shipping information for accuracy Ensure every package is matched with the correct customer and destination Select the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods while ensuring on-time delivery Coordinate domestic, international, and expedited shipments Prepare and coordinate LTL freight shipments and palletized freight Schedule freight pickups and communicate with shipping carriers Logistics: Track outgoing shipments and monitor deliveries Proactively resolve shipping delays or delivery issues Work with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight providers Continuously look for opportunities to reduce shipping costs while maintaining service levels Compare freight rates and negotiate the best shipping options whenever possible Customer Experience: Follow up with customers after delivery to confirm orders arrived safely Ensure customers are satisfied with their products Address shipping-related concerns promptly Communicate with customers regarding shipment status when necessary Help create an outstanding customer experience from shipment to delivery Inventory & Organization: Maintain inventory of shipping supplies including boxes, tape, labels, packing materials, and pallets Notify management when shipping supplies need to be reordered Organize incoming and outgoing freight Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area Help improve shipping workflows and operational efficiency What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications: Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution Experience with LTL freight and pallet shipments is a plus Experience with domestic and international shipping is a plus Experience using UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or freight shipping software Extremely organized Detail-oriented Reliable and dependable Self-motivated Comfortable working independently Able to prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines Focused on delivering exceptional customer service A team player with a positive attitude Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to move and organize boxes and palletized freight Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment #J-18808-Ljbffr AgSwag
