Hours: Full-time

Shift: Day - weekend, holiday, on-call shared after hours/weekend/holiday call schedule

Southcoast Health is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our esteemed multidisciplinary group. The Primary Care practice in Swansea, MA consists of 8 physicians and 5 advanced practice practitioners.

• High volume, quality focused and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support and more.
• Advanced Practice Provider support and very reasonable call requirements
• Salary with Productivity & Performance Based Incentives
• Sign-on Bonus - $60,000
• Retention Bonus - $20,000 X 4 years

• Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks' vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 years

• Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M

• Medical degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification/eligibility required in Family or Internal Medicine with completion of a US residency
• Current state medical license and DEA registration
• Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills
