DSP In Home Care (Direct Support Professional) for Habilitation, Attendant Care, Respite Services.
Fountain of Joy runs a prominent Home and Community-Based Services program in all metropolitan area, offering caregiving services to individuals with developmental disabilities. We currently have a high demand for In-Home Caregivers in the area, Glendale, Mesa, Scottsdale, chandler, Gilbert, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Peoria, Phoenix areas and more location with additional opportunities available in other cities. Whether you're looking for a part-time second job or are interested in full-time hours, we have ample opportunities for you.

Care Giver Responsibilities:
Providing direct care service and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Assisting individuals with personal hygiene, mealtime assistance, dental care, medical monitoring, and household chores.
Modeling appropriate social behavior and positive use of free time with recreational activity, both in the home and community.
Redirecting behaviors as needed.
Promoting and ensuring a safe environment for consumers.
This position requires the ability to work autonomously and with little to no direct supervision. Candidates must feel comfortable working with clients one-on-one and handling any associated behaviors.
Required Qualifications for a Direct Support Professional:
Level one Fingerprint Clearance Card
CPR/First aid
Article 9
Prevention and Support (if applicable)
DCW training (If applicable)
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be 18 or older.
Previous experience within the DDD field preferred but not required.
