Continued professional support from day one with one-on-one training/orientation with our clinical manager, ongoing performance reviews, and in-service training. Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Shared and flexible on call weekend rotation. Competitive Salary Range, based on professional/educational experience. Sign on bonus up to $10,000. Referral Bonus Program. Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time. Medical, Dental and Vision and 401k. A generous PTO accrual rate with Paid Holidays. Qualifications for this position include: Active Iowa RN Licensure. CPR Certification or ability to obtain. Must have a valid drivers license, insurance and reliable transportation. Prior home care experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. Experience with OASIS, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and EMR (Wellsky/Kinnser) software preferred but will train the right candidate.
