Lead in delivering innovative solutions, enable new products and therapies through process capabilities, and deliver on committed projects. You could be placed in any of the following areas: Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management Diagnostics, Endoscopy or Urology.Your responsibilities will include:Connect Research & Design to Manufacturing through development of processes, technology, and systemsDevelopment of new processes and test systems that scale to high volume, reduce variation, and increase qualityPartner with technology leaders to bring new capabilities to lifeResponsible for conformance with global process development proceduresResponsible for the integrity and content of Process Plans with respect to materials used in processing and sequencing of tasksResponsible for Manufacturing Instructions and material and process implementation within the Product Development lifecycleRequired Qualifications:Must graduate with your bachelor's or graduate level degree majoring in Biomedical Engineering between December 2026 – Spring 2027Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorizationMust have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN Boston Scientific Corporate locationMust have prior Process Development engineering intern experience from Boston ScientificMust have minimum of 0-1 year of engineering work experience in MedTechPreferred Qualifications:Motivation to learn and work hands-on with a teamTakes initiative with intellectual curiosityFocus on teamwork and collaborationClear, direct, and concise communicatorExperience with development software and tools (CAD, Programming, DOE, DMAIC, etc.)Minimum Salary: $59900Maximum Salary: $113800The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
