As an Account Associate for Neil Vranak State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Write and submit insurance policies for new and existing customers.
• Have needs based conversations with new and and existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous office, sales or insurance experience preferred but not necessary.
• We assist with your licensing for Property and Casualty .
