Assemblers & Material Handlers

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring Assemblers & Material Handlers for a manufacturing facility in Devens. This weekend shift from 6 am to 6:30 pm Fri-Sun opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced production environment, assembling components and managing materials to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect assembled parts for defects and ensure accuracy.
• Handle and transport materials within the facility as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in assembly or material handling
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a weekend shift schedule.
