Contract | Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-Hour Days | No Call, No Weekends, No Holidays | Expected 72 hours biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a treatment nurse within a hematology/oncology solid tumor unit featuring 27 treatment bays and clinic exam rooms
• Administer and monitor oncology treatments, including chemotherapy and biotherapy, in accordance with established protocols
• Utilize Epic EMR proficiently to document patient care and manage clinical workflows
• Apply knowledge of inpatient management principles to support continuity and quality of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective oncology treatment delivery

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Demonstrated oncology nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Candidates who have previously worked at the hiring facility must have been separated for 6 or more months and be in good standing (applies to permanent, per diem, and contract employees)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Chemotherapy and biotherapy certification highly preferred
• Experience in a hematology/oncology or solid tumor clinical setting
• Familiarity with inpatient management practices within an oncology context
