Shift Leader The Shift Leader role is an on-your-feet, fast-paced, tons-of-fun-to-be-had, positive-energy, guest-relation role. Our Shift Leader role is viewed as an entry-level leadership role and we invest time and energy into our Shift Leaders as such, helping to create opportunities for our Shift Leaders to further grow and develop.
