Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Minimum 1 year of home care or home health physical therapy experience required.
Active BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Ability to travel to patient cases as assigned within the service region, including Chelsea, East Boston, Revere, and Winthrop.
Willingness to participate in weekend rotations approximately once every 6 weeks (preferred).
Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and timely interdisciplinary communication.

Shift Name: Days.
Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
Start date contingent on credentialing clearance; rescheduled start date may be necessary if credentialing is not complete by posted start.
Candidate must be able to travel to assigned cases within the region.
