Solution Architect, Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Solution Architect As a Solution Architect on the Solution team, you will make a positive impact by being responsible for: Responsibilities Customer Engagement and Communication Understand client’s overall business priorities and success measures, provide strategic guidance on how our products and services can effectively address their challenges. Use knowledge of customer context, portfolio expertise, and deep technical and market/industry knowledge to build long term relationships and credibility with customers individually or at scale. Act as the voice of the customer by driving new feedback into engineering and product teams. Architecture, Design and Deployment Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plans for implementing solutions which align to customer business goals and technical environments. Build, lead, and federate cross‑functional teams around pre‑sales, POC and pilot projects, ensuring the preparation of robust solutions for deployment to large accounts. Lead the introduction of new technologies or services that are aligned with customer needs in a variety of technologies and services to build scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions. Driving Customer Success Lead, drive and manage engagements for repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets. Qualifications Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical pre‑sales role. Experience in retail would be a plus. Skills: Customer‑centric at heart: every decision revolves around our customers and bettering their experience. Strong understanding of SaaS solutions. Excellent project management skills: managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time. Excellent verbal and written communication, with appropriate and logical structuring of thoughts during discussion/presentation. Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines and to work within a virtual global team environment. Ability to travel based on the work you do, and the clients you serve. Spanish and English speaker.
