We're Expanding Our Team – Seeking Experienced Leasing Consultants We invite individuals with 1‑3 years of leasing experience to join us as Leasing Consultants. Your New Role Full Training Provided: Comprehensive training on our platforms, laws, and regulations. Leasing Excellence: Lease apartments to our high standards and in compliance with all applicable laws. Engagement Expert: Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, managing communications efficiently for the best customer experience. Market Savvy: Stay informed on market trends, contribute to marketing strategies, and enhance resident satisfaction with innovative ideas. Job Growth: We promote from within, providing a clear path to Leasing Manager positions within 1‑2 years. Who We're Looking For 1‑3 years of luxury apartment leasing experience. Polished, confident communicator with a knack for sales, aiming to meet or exceed targets. High ambition and high energy. Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively. A team player who takes pride in their work but can also operate independently. Tech‑savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Yardi. Work Schedule and Location Onsite Position: Requires presence on‑site with a consistent schedule and two consecutive days off. Weekend Availability: Candidates must be open to working weekends to meet community needs.
