AI Engineer Lead/Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Lead/Architect to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI/ML, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft Copilot technologies, Agentic AI, and cloud-native architectures. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to define AI strategy, mentor engineering teams, and deliver innovative business solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. Define AI strategy, roadmap, governance, and best practices across the organization. Design and implement AI-powered applications utilizing LLMs, RAG, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI frameworks. Architect and develop solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio , Azure AI Services , Azure OpenAI , and Microsoft ecosystem technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Develop AI agents, copilots, and conversational AI platforms for enterprise users. Design MLOps and LLMOps frameworks for model deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management. Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, responsible AI, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor development teams. Establish standards for prompt engineering, AI model evaluation, and performance optimization. Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Solution Architecture. 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML or Data Science initiatives. Strong expertise in: Generative AI and Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems Prompt Engineering Knowledge Graphs and Graph Databases (TigerGraph, Neo4j) Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks Hands-on experience with: Python, SQL, REST APIs Strong understanding of API integration, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
