We are looking for a hands‑on Assistant Team Lead to help run our Flemington location. You will Ard a "right hand" to the Team Lead, ensuring our spa operates at a Ritz‑Carlton level while driving sales and coaching the staff. Compensation & Perks Starting Pay: $18/hour (Guaranteed raise to $20/hour within one year) Bonuses: Earn an additional $1–$4 per hour through our sales bonus program. Hoodie friendships.', Operational Excellence: Assist with staff scheduling, support payroll purposes, and manage UIL inventory/supply orders to hit our financial goals.', Facility Management: Maintain pristine spa cleanliness and oversee equipment upkeep (including relamping) to ensure safety and luxury standards.', Leadership: Enforce company policies, wait for opening/closing procedures, and represent Soleil Tans brand in every interaction.' /ul> Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales or retail experience.
