Work Environment

This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a team of supportive professionals. You will engage in a comfortable and confidential work setting, utilizing teletherapy technologies to meet the needs of clients who face challenges in accessing traditional in-person sessions. Our remote infrastructure ensures that you can perform your duties effectively while contributing to a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing tailored modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—to assist clients along their healing journey.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients, consistently monitoring their progress and making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
• Provide teletherapy options that ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical, physical, or emotional barriers to in-person visits.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base includes individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. We emphasize a strengths-based approach, recognizing each client's unique journey toward emotional well-being. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling the effective management of diverse caseloads.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in a clinical setting, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and knowledge of evidence-based practices tailored for treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your valuable expertise, Rethink Counseling, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
