CTR Group is seeking a CNC Press Brake Operator in Newport News, VA. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

Job Requirements:

• Set up and operate a CNC Press Brake machine to bend and form sheet metal components;
• Perform machine set-up, including selecting appropriate tooling, dies, and backstop adjustments;
• Adjust machine parameters to achieve specified part dimensions;
• Conduct multiple set-ups per shift for both short and long production runs;
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings;
• Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify part accuracy;
• Make routine equipment checks and ensure proper machine maintenance;
• Troubleshoot minor programming and mechanical issues as needed.
