Summary of PositionThe Membership Executive is responsible for selling memberships, fostering positive relationships with club members, engaging in community events, and actively participating in revenue budget planning. Maintain high levels of member satisfaction and retention.Drive membership growth by identifying and pursuing potential leads.Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective members.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by converting prospects into members.Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and membership conversions in CRM systems.Develop and maintain strong relationships with current members to ensure satisfaction and retention.Act as the primary point of contact for prospective members, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional club experience.Regularly gather and assess member feedback to identify areas for improvement.Represent Freedom Boat Club at community events, trade shows, and local gatherings to increase visibility and attract new members.Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, marinas, and community organizations to foster partnerships and enhance club reputation.Organize and participate in member events and community outreach initiatives to create a sense of belonging and engagement.Collaborate with the management team in developing and executing the revenue budget.Provide input on sales projections, membership fees, and promotional strategies.Monitor sales performance against budget goals and adjust strategies as needed to ensure revenue targets are met.Participate as Manager on Duty for the Freedom Boat ClubAny other duties that are required at the direction of the supervisor.Supervisory ResponsibilityNonePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
