Administrative And Financial Manager As an Administrative And Financial Manager, you will be at the heart of our missions in training, research, and innovation. Within the Centre Microélectronique de Provence, you will contribute to the streamlining and securing of administrative processes. Under the hierarchical responsibility of the Director of the Centre Microélectronique de Provence, the activities and responsibilities of the Administrative And Financial Manager are divided into four main missions: administrative management, financial management, management of contractual resources, and management of human resources of the center.
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE CENTER:

Management of the center's contractual resources Management of the administrative team -> You will find the complete job description via the following link: Profile Sought What we are looking for- Bac + 2 or equivalent with a professional experience of at least 10 years
- BAC + 3 or equivalent with professional experience of at least 6 years
- Bac + 4 or equivalent with professional experience of at least 4 years
- Bac + 5 or equivalent
- Holder of a degree in management control, accounting, business administration or public administration at level bac+5 or able to justify equivalent professional experience.
- Successful professional experience of the same level (5 years minimum)
- Knowledge of legal, administrative, and financial regulations related to public institutions, knowledge of human resources management. Knowledge or experience in the field of industrial property will be a plus.
- English: intermediate level (B1 / B2). You will need to interact orally and in writing with the center's international staff and partners
- You master computer tools
- Given the multiplicity of people and entities with whom you will need to interact, quality of contact and sense of dialogue, team spirit, adaptability, ability to propose solutions and ensure their follow-up will be essential to the success of your missions.
- You have real aptitudes for managing a team and projects
