Home Health Marketer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our home health services to potential patients and their families. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations to increase referrals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase admissions
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community

organizations to increase referrals

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Plan and execute events and educational programs for healthcare professionals and the community
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with the home health & hospice team to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health
• Knowledge of home health regulations and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and project management skills
