About the Role

As a Peer Support Specialist – Intensive Peer Support Services (IPSS) , you’ll play a vital role in supporting children during some of their most challenging times. Your work will focus on providing companionship, emotional support, and a sense of security to young patients, ensuring they feel safe and cared for in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

• Offering compassionate peer support to young patients in healthcare settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• At least 1 year of experience in a related role or field.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their emotional well-being.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with young patients and their families.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated Care Team.
